Are BOT Bioscience products intended for clinical use?
Catalogue products are supplied for research use only (RUO) and are not intended for diagnostic or therapeutic use in humans. For IVD raw material programmes we supply under a raw-material specification with the documentation required for your incoming QC; please contact us before ordering so the correct grade is quoted.
How quickly can catalogue items ship?
Items marked in stock ship within 1–3 business days from Beijing. Large-format vials and bulk quantities are produced to order, typically 2–3 weeks. Cold-chain shipments use dry ice or gel packs depending on destination and transit time.
Do you provide bulk and OEM supply for kit manufacturers?
Yes. Antibody pairs, antigens and proteins can be supplied in gram-scale quantities with lot reservation, custom fill volumes and neutral labelling for OEM programmes. Bulk pricing is quoted against an annual forecast.
What documentation comes with an order?
A certificate of analysis (CoA) is issued for every lot and includes purity data, concentration, formulation and storage conditions. SDS-PAGE images, HPLC traces, mass spectra and activity data are issued where applicable. Custom projects receive a full production report.
Can you develop a reagent for a target that is not in the catalogue?
Yes — this is most of what we do. Send the target sequence, the assay format and the sensitivity you need, and we will respond with a feasibility assessment covering the recommended platform, timeline and the main technical risks.
How are shipments handled internationally?
We ship to 35 countries directly and through 50+ distributors. Recombinant proteins and antibodies travel on dry ice with temperature logging; customs documentation including MSDS and non-hazardous declarations is prepared by our export team.
