Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody Production
Antigen design to affinity-purified antiserum in 8–12 weeks, with ELISA titre curves at every bleed.
- ·5–10 mL antiserum per rabbit, plus 1–3 mg antigen-affinity purified IgG.
- ·ELISA titre curve for every bleed, not just the final serum.
Custom Peptide Synthesis
5–50 mg peptides at ≥95% HPLC purity, with KLH, BSA or OVA conjugation for immunisation.
- ·Lyophilised peptide with HPLC trace and mass spectrum.
- ·Purity options: ≥75% (screening), ≥95% (immunisation), ≥98% (assay standard).
E. coli Protein Expression & Purification
Soluble expression, inclusion body refolding and tag removal — from construct to ≥90% pure protein.
- ·1–10 mg purified protein, ≥90% by SDS-PAGE.
- ·Solubility screening report covering the conditions tested.
