The hardest part of building a sandwich immunoassay is not finding two antibodies; it is finding two that bind different epitopes without steric interference, at concentrations that keep the dynamic range wide and the background flat. Screening that matrix internally can consume months.
Each pair in our catalogue is supplied with the data that matters for transfer: recommended coating and detection concentrations, buffer conditions, tested sample matrices, limit of detection and a representative calibration curve. Bulk quantities for kit manufacturing are available from the same lot family.
