Cluster-of-differentiation reagents that keep immune phenotyping panels reproducible.
CD molecules are the shared vocabulary of immunology. A panel is only as reliable as its weakest reagent, so the practical questions are always the same: does the clone recognise the same epitope across lots, is the fluorophore conjugation stable, and does the protein behave the same in every donor sample?
We supply both sides of the interaction: recombinant CD antigens (extracellular domains, Fc-fusion or biotinylated) for immunisation, binding studies and tetramer preparation, and anti-CD antibodies validated by flow cytometry with lot-matched isotype controls.
