| Background | Influenza A virus is a common influenza virus. Influenza A virus is most likely to mutate, while human avian influenza (referred to as human avian influenza) is caused by some subtypes of avian influenza A virus. It is an acute respiratory infectious disease caused by the virus strain. The virus gene mutation can infect humans. The symptoms after infection are mainly high fever, cough, runny nose, myalgia, etc., most of which are accompanied by severe pneumonia, severe heart, kidney, etc. Multiple organ failures lead to death, and the case fatality rate is high. The disease can be transmitted through various ways such as digestive tract, respiratory tract, skin damage and conjunctiva, and the movement of people and vehicles is an important factor in the transmission of this disease. Influenza A is highly pathogenic to humans and has caused many worldwide pandemics. Avian influenza virus subtypes that can directly infect humans are found in influenza A viruses: A H1N1, H5N1, H7N1, H7N2, H7N3, H7N7, H7N9, H9N2 and H10N8. Among them, H1, H5, and H7 subtypes are highly pathogenic, and H1N1, H5N1, and H7N9 are particularly worthy of attention. As of March 31, 2010, more than 127,000 confirmed cases of Influenza A (H1N1) have been reported in 31 provinces across the country, including 126,000 domestic infections, 1,228 imported cases, and 800 deaths. |
